Welcome to Veoxi ("App", "we", "us", or "our"), operated by Veoxi Studio. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and Veoxi Studio regarding your access to and use of the Veoxi mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Services").

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, YOU MUST NOT USE THE SERVICES AND SHOULD UNINSTALL THE APPLICATION IMMEDIATELY.

1. Description of Services

Veoxi provides AI-powered video creation, image-to-video generation, and video quality enhancement features. The Services allow users to upload media files, apply AI filters and effects, and export high-definition video content.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in certain jurisdictions) to use the Services. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and consented to these Terms.

3. User Content & Intellectual Property

A. Your Content

You retain full ownership and intellectual property rights in any media files, images, or videos you upload to the App. You grant Veoxi Studio a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, limited license solely to process and render your media for the purpose of delivering the Services to you.

B. Veoxi Proprietary Rights

All software, interfaces, templates, AI styling workflows, trademarks, and visual designs remain the exclusive property of Veoxi Studio. You are granted a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Upload or generate sexually explicit, harmful, illegal, defamatory, or abusive content.
• Upload media of other individuals without their express consent or generate non-consensual deepfakes.
• Decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract source code or AI models from the App.
• Abuse, disrupt, or exploit the app infrastructure or circumvent credit limitations.

5. In-App Purchases, Credits, and Subscriptions

• Consumable Credits: Credits are virtual tokens used to generate content. Credits are consumed upon usage, are non-refundable, and have no monetary value outside the App.
• Auto-Renewing Subscriptions: Subscriptions (Weekly VIP with Free Trial, Annual VIP) automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the billing period.
• Management & Cancellation: Subscriptions are managed directly through Google Play (or Apple App Store). You can cancel renewal anytime in your Google Play account settings.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. VEOXI STUDIO DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL OPERATE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, NOR GUARANTEE SPECIFIC RENDERING OUTCOMES.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VEOXI STUDIO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
